Chef Nan Wilkinson is a 40 year hospitality industry veteran.  She has worked on  the east and west coasts...from a Five Star hotel to trendy LA hotspots.  She owned a catering company that served the likes of John Landis, Dan Aykroyd,  Jim Henson and Michael Jackson to name a few.  She owned Passport Restaurant in Washington state along with a bakery and deli.  And not to be left out also ran a food truck for a short while.  She understand the challenges of the employee AND employer and hopes to provide a forum for the concerns to be heard and addressed.
